| After 7 years I finally have a TT back in the garage. 91 stock TT with 8K miles. I have a few questions now that I see there are alot more Z gurus. I used to remember that I had moderate lag...then boom...it launched to redline. This car seems to be a little less explosive. I am thinking I need to check the boost tubes and make sure I am getting all of the pressure. Any thoughts? the guage is reading that I am getting up to the 14psi boost (but it is the stock gauge) I have a GTECh that I can hook up and measure the performance. What is the usually weight of the car any of you have used? What other areas should be checked? Fuel injectors, etc...I am hoping to make sure that everything is in spec and running as it should before I go with a JWT chip. I would like to keep it looking stock with the cars original condition so I dont want to go to crazy. Any comments would be greatly apprectiated.
